Black De Ville pieces purchased are non-refundable, unless a fault occurs within 30 days of

purchase, any faulty items must be shipped within 30 days of receipt. We only offer
exchanges, repairs or replacements after the item has been assessed.

If your order was placed after 10am on a business day please notify us via the link above before 10am the following day.
